Community Knowhow is the strategy that underpins community engagement, and the way in which the borough wants to include the community in decision making. It has been produced in consultation with residents, partner organisations and councillors. The community element is vital as it is recognised that residents are best placed to have first hand knowledge of that is needed with their area.

Knowsley is one of the pilot areas for local area agreement. This agreement will support the Knowsley Partnership in promoting joint efforts between services and local communities to make a real and tangible difference to quality of life within the borough.
